How to be healthy, fit and fabulous

When you look in the mirror, do you like what you see? Not everyone can answer yes to this question because we all tend to be our worst critic. In all the years I have worked with many people, I have yet to meet someone who is truly satisfied with they way they look or feel about themselves. You may have heard the saying, “beauty is only skin deep” or “beauty is in the eye of the beholder! ”. I personally think that both these phrases are absolutely true, because, often how you view yourself is not usually the way other people see you.

Let me explain; if you have a warm, enthusiastic personality and smile often, then you have probably got lots of like minded people around you. However, if you look miserable, rarely smile or have a negative attitude to life, then that is the sort of person you are going to attract into your life.

How do I get to become Healthy, Fit and Fabulous?

If you are prepared to take that brave step to becoming the best you can possibly be, then ask yourself the following questions?

Good health comes from looking at what you eat. Your health is priceless and without good health you have nothing. So it is important to eat foods that are rich in nutrients to help heal your body and feed your mind, enhancing mental alertness and increased vitality.

When you start to exercise regularly, you will feel much more energised and full of vitality. It only requires the minimum of 30 minutes aerobic exercise every day, to help you get off to a good start. So, whether you like walking, running, dancing, playing with the kids or fancy taking up a new sport or fitness hobby, then consider what you can do to increase your fitness levels.

Improved body image starts with confidence and self esteem. If you have not been feeling too confident lately, then perhaps it is time to start thinking of ways to increase your confidence? Who do you spend most of your time with? Are these positive people or negative people? What needs to happen in order for your confidence to increase? If you are constantly ‘down’ on yourself or feel criticised and unloved, then your confidence will suffer.

What should I do next?

If you know nothing about coaching or how coaching works, then consider hiring a life coach, because with a coach by your side you can attain good health, feel fitter and absolutely fabulous. It just takes time, and effort on your part and finding the right person who can give you the help, encouragement and support that you need. IT IS TIME TO START THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX. It is time for you to stop beating yourself up, criticizing yourself and accepting criticism from others. WHY ? ..............
